Frequently Asked Questions

No one needs to be at the estimate appointment unless they want to be. We have access to ShowingTime, which allows us to book the appointments and get the necessary access information that way, and by emailing us your inspection report and any notes about specific items, we can typically take a look at everything without needing to have anyone there.

We book 1 hour estimate appointments to try and give our estimator plenty of time to look through the inspection report and any other requested items, but typically they are done in about 30-45 minutes for most reports.

We do charge a $125 site fee for our estimator’s time at the estimate appointment. This fee can be paid online with a credit or debit card, or in person with a check at the time of the appointment. If the estimate is accepted, we do credit the site fee payment back towards the overall cost of the repairs completed.

Most estimates take a minimum of 24 hours to be sent out from the time we visit the property. Our goal is to have something back to you within 48 hours of our appointment time.

If you’d like to move forward with the proposed work, we ask that you highlight which items you’d like to have completed, sign the estimate, and email it back to us at thepunchpros@gmail.com. From there, our team will work on getting you scheduled for our next available date to begin work.

We’re able to complete most jobs in just one day. However, the length of time needed to complete projects can vary depending on the scope of work. We will be sure to discuss what to expect for your project once the estimate has been accepted.

We accept most major debit and credit cards up to $500. For charges over $500, we offer an ACH payment option online via the link on your invoice. Additionally, you can pay by check by mailing payment to:
